Sales Manager

Responsibilities:

- Develop strategies to increase sales of base business and new sales opportunities.

- Skilled in analyzing sales and market segment data.

- developing strategies to capture market share, and offering new products and services that match customer needs.

- Perform analytical and logistics planning Strong communication (both verbal and written), problem solving, and decision making skills

- Provide follow-up customer satisfaction with clients Plans and executes sales-achieving customer visits through a well prepared presentation

- Manages a team of Sales Executives.

Job Requirements

Skills:

- Previous experience in a Shipping, distribution and logistics company.

- Minimum 5 years of experience in the field.

- Proven experience of sales

- Strong leadership skills.

- Skills in strategy and business development

- strong presentation skills
