Sales Manager

Job Description

BA/HR is recruiting a Sales Manager for a leading real estate company, located in Ramallah, Palestine. 

Reporting to: Chief Operating Officer (COO)

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Strategy and Planning:

  1. Develop and implement the strategic sales plan to maximize annual sales targets and expand the customer base.
  2. Set KPIs and delivery plans for sales growth.
  3. Follow, review and update existing and new sales policies and procedures.
  4. Identify strategic sales opportunities and partnerships and prepare plans to access them.
  5. Run intensive search and market study to build and expand database of Palestinian potential buyers in the international market.
  6. Build a result-based international remote sales strategy in the aftermath of COVID-19 with clear targets & well-identified implementation strategies.

Sales:

  1. Lead implementation of the international sales strategy, including the Palestine and remote selling strategies.
  2. Achieve aggressive and monthly and annual sales targets.
  3. Generate leads, market, and sell the company's real-estate products.
  4. Make direct sales activities whether in person or over the telephone.
  5. Conduct presentations to existing and prospective customers, including one-to-one and group presentations.
  6. Develop relationships with existing and new clients, understand their needs, and advise them on available real estate.
  7. Present financing options and follow up with customers.
  8. Participate effectively in trade shows and conventions.
  9. Develop new marketing ideas to generate leads in various countries with the marketing team's support.
  10. Work with engineering and marketing teams to facilitate sales and customer service needs.
  11. Manage all customer service tasks related to after-sales including payment collection, customer inquiries, and property delivery to customers to achieve the highest customer satisfaction.

Reporting:

  1. Prepare progress reports on a weekly basis, quarterly and annual basis, as requested.
  2. Act as the owner and champion of the company's sales database for leads and sales in its own scope.
  3. Plan and arrange all travel schedules and logistics in full.
  4. Perform all work-related tasks assigned by the line manager.

Team Management

  1. Manage the sales and customer service team.
  2. Build and motivate the team to achieve and exceed targets.
  3. Conduct performance reviews and development plans.

Job Requirements
Special Requirements & Skills: 
  1. Hands-on experience in direct sales.
  2. Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic (written & verbal).
  3. Excellent time management, analytical and quantitative skills.
  4. Valid driver’s license and has his/her own car.
  5. Business and computer literacy. 
  6. Strong reporting skills. 
  7. Ability to effectively respond to sensitive issues, complex inquiries, or comments from clients, coworkers, supervisors, and/or management.
  8. Ability to make effective presentations on general topics to a large group of employees, clients, and/or management.
  9. Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
  10. Strong interpersonal skills, and excellent social networking skills.
  11. Ability to build and maintain excellent relationships with customers from various backgrounds.
  12. High work ethics and professionalism.
  13. Ability and willingness to travel.

Total Years of Experience:
Minimum 5 years of related experience including proven experience in meeting sales targets.

Education & Certificates Require
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or relevant field
Location:
Ramallah, Palestine.

Languages Required:
Fluent in Arabic & English.
