Mena Investment Company is seeking to recruit candidates to join Mena’s staff in the following positions:

Sales & Marketing Manager

Job Description:
-Ensures that the business unit consistently meets and/or exceeds revenue goals.
-Maintains a high awareness and understanding of the market and the competition.
-Provides appropriate mix of direction and strategy.
-Consistently reevaluates client opportunity and potential based on current trends, changes in the market.
-Inspires and motivates others.  Leads by example and displays a "can do" attitude.
-Gains trust and consensus of teammates and works with sales team and other internal departments on strategy and execution of results-oriented advertising plans.
-Drives change that affects the business unit and coaches sales staff to successfully accomplish that change.
-Works in conjunction with staff and others to build unique and innovative solutions for customers.

Key Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s degree. 5 years sales management experience.
-Proven record of successfully leading in a goal-oriented.
-Ability to maintain a deep and broad understanding of the market
-An understanding of competitive media in the market.
-Strong communication, negotiation and influencing skills, both written and oral.
-Demonstrated success in a goal-oriented, highly accountable environment.
-Verbal and written communication skills.
