BA/LGHR is recruiting a Sales & Marketing Manager for an IT/ Telecom Company located in West Bank, Palestine.

Reporting to: CEO

Type of Contract: Full Time

Detailed Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Representing and promoting the company's brand and implementing the marketing strategy.
2. Generating marketing campaigns and sales plans, creating engaging advertisements and meeting sales and marketing goals.
3. Collecting and analyzing market research and observing the market, competitors, and industry trends.
4. Achieving monthly targets including revenue and number of new clients.
5. Writing and preparing sales offers and presentations for clients (with concentration on International clients).
6. Contacting clients, managing their expectations, and anticipating new marketing opportunities.
7. Maintaining key customer relationships and developing and implementing strategies for expanding the company’s customer base.

Special Requirements & Skills: 

1. Excellent and proficient English language (Verbal & Written) is a MUST.
2. Experience in developing, marketing, and launching campaigns with both online and offline marketing. 
3. Demonstrated strategic thinking with an entrepreneurial spirit. 
4. Strong planning and analysis skills to perform quantitative data analysis. 
5. Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and passion for managing projects to the conclusion on time. 
6. Excellent organization, communication, negotiation and presentation skills. 
7. Ability and willingness to travel locally and out of the country.
8. Owns a car.

Total Years of Experience: 

5+ years of experience in sales and marketing.

Education & Certificates Required:

• A Bachelor’s Degree in business administration, management, or a related field.
  
  

Languages Required:

Fluent in Arabic and English languages is a Must.
