Sales & Marketing Officer

(Grand Park Hotel-Ramallah) 

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Plan sales and marketing activities. 
2. Drive the development of online sales and marketing activities through our own web sites and associated social media channels. 
3. Build Grand Park customer and travel trade databases to facilitate direct marketing activity. 
4. Manage third party agencies undertaking sales and marketing activity. 
5. Monitor and support teams in delivering their sales and marketing plans. 
6. Execute the plans and support the recruitment and training of sales and marketing personnel and support agencies. 
7. Assume direct sales and marketing responsibility 
8. Coordinate the central sales and marketing budget. 
9. Provide reports about the activities. 
10. Attend and network in industry sectors likely to generate new and additional business into Starboard properties. 
11. Assist in preparing yearly budget and business plan.

Successful candidate must have:

∙ Bachelor degree in sales, marketing, public relations or any related field.

∙ Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in field.

∙ Excellent communication skills - fluent in English and Arabic both written and oral.

∙ Has passion in hospitality industry;

∙ Meticulous, matured and has organized personality;
