Sales Office Coordinator
Gotech is a leading mobile distribution company (Samsung mobile official distributor in Palestine ) currently looking for a professional to join the team in the role of sales office coordinator.
Job responsibilities:
1- Optimize inventory control procedures
2- Inspect the levels of business supplies and identify shortages
3- Ensure product stock is adequate for all distribution channels and can cover direct demand from customers
4- Record daily deliveries and shipments to reconcile inventory
5- Place orders to replenish stock avoiding insufficiencies or excessive surplus
6- Evaluate suppliers to achieve cost-effective deals and maintain trust relationships
7- Collaborate with warehouse employees and other staff to ensure business goals are met
8- Report to upper management on stock levels, issues etc.

Written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic
Working knowledge of ms word, excel and outlook
