One Mobile, one of Badri &Hania Corporate Group companies, is a Palestinian telecom company aiming to be one of the leading telecommunication services and products distributors in Palestine. As a first step, in July 2017, we have acquired the distribution rights of Wataniya Mobile services and products in Gaza Strip.

Job Description
The sales manager is responsible for planning and organizing the sales activity, supervision and evaluation of the sales activities. It is also responsible for identifying the needs, qualifications and needs of the department. in accordance with company rules.
- planning of the selling activity includes participation in setting the goals and drawing up the sales practices within the company such as the policies for the products and the policies of prices, distribution, promotion and communication with the target markets.
- Organization of sales activities, which include organizing sales efforts through the development of an effective and efficient organizational structure, because sales men represent the link between the company and its customers.
- Execution of sales activities identified in selling activities.
- Oversee and direct the efforts of the salesmen.
- Coordination of sales activities with other departments such as marketing, procurement, warehousing, production and finance.
- Monitoring and evaluation of sales activities, including identifying sales areas, identifying salesmen's routes, determining sales quotas, receiving reports on sales activities, evaluating their findings and taking appropriate corrective measures to improve and improve performance.
- Participate in the selection and employment of sales men in terms of analysis and description of the work, and determine the required qualifications and their source.
- Identify the needs of the salesmen from the training and the type of training required for each individual.
- Motivate salesmen by different motivational methods and constantly search for rewards that stimulate sales efforts of salesmen by building and developing an effective compensation system.
- Evaluating the sales men's efforts by determining effective and objective evaluation models to arrive at a logical judgment on the performance of sales men.
- Provide periodic reports on sales to senior management.
Basic Requirements:
- BA in Marketing, Business Administration or any relevant field;
- General 4 years of experience in professional life (distinguished portfolios may diminish the weight of this criterion)
- 3 years of experience in Sales & Marketing.
- Strong leadership qualities.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with MS Office Suite
