Sales Operations Manager

Job description:

• Track sales data
• Develop and track all sales teams KPI’s
• Follow up on coolers department including maintenance and deployment teams
• Implement new technologies as needed to support marketing and sales teams
• Serve as a liaison between teams and upper management
• Assist marketing teams in determining customer outreach methods
• Monitor and assist with customer retention
• Train staff on new technology and software
• Assist with account management 
• Follow up on trade special programs

 Requirements:

• BA in Marketing or business administration, data analysis
• 4 year experience in a senior sales or marketing position
• Advanced excel sheet and communication skills
• Excellent  English 
• Full literacy of MS office 
• Organized personality 
• Negotiation skills
