Sales Operations Specialist
Location: Ramallah
Closing date: 16-Oct-2015

Role Summary & Duties and Responsibilities:

-Supporting all Sales channels activities (Direct, indirect and corporate).
-Follow up on sales related projects and descriptors from approvals through implementation
-Coordinate with concerned departments in order to facilitate tasks performed by each member in the team.
-Assuring that accurate records are kept regarding all transactions.
-Prepare periodic and ad hoc reports
-Following up with team members regarding any pending issues, meeting scheduling with other departments
-Preparing and following up all related requisitions, forms, and letters to all concerned/related parties.
-Prepare periodical internal and external surveys in coordination with marketing and customer care

Experience & Qualifications:

-Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or any related field.
-Minimum 3 years experience in related / similar role.

Skills:

-Ability to multi-task and working independently.
-Ability to work under time constraints and meet deadlines.
-Strong oral and written communication skills.
-Proficiency in Arabic and English (oral and written).
-Computer Literacy knowledge (Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint).
-Strong character and leadership skills.
-Seibel experience is a plus
-ERP and SAP reporting experience is a plus
