Position Overview:

The Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new customers, establishing strong relationships, and expanding our portfolio of accounts. The ideal candidate will have experience in sales within the logistics or transportation industry, a proven track record of securing new business, and the ability to speak fluent English.

Key Responsibilities:

· Identify and target potential customers in need of freight and logistics services.

· Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.

· Generate leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and online research.

· Present Legacy Express Trucking’s services to prospective customers, emphasizing our reliability, efficiency, and tailored solutions.

· Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements to secure new accounts.

· Collaborate with operations and dispatch teams to ensure customer needs are met effectively.

· Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

· Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.

· Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the company’s CRM system.

Qualifications:

· Proven experience in sales, preferably in logistics, transportation, or freight.

· Must speak fluent English.

· Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

· Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

· Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

· Proficiency in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.

· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required.
