Sales Representative

Union Construction and Investment (UCI) is one of the largest construction and real-estate development companies in Palestine.
We are looking for highly ambitious Sales Representatives to join our team.

Requirements:
-Minimum 3 years sales experience.
-Leadership and customer service skills.
-High work ethic and professional mannerisms.
-Excellent social networking and time management skills.
-Driver’s License & vehicle is preferred.
-Minimum diploma or degree from a reputable university is required.

Your responsibilities:
-Create your own network of potential clients from a variety of sources.
-Complete on-site tours with prospective clients and answer clients" questions.
-Achieve challenging sales targets.
-Act as a mediator; provide financing options, and coordinate between customers and banks or mortgage institutions to complete the funding process.
-Participate in promoting real estate sales at marketing, and networking events.
-Develop relationships with existing and new clients; understand their needs and advise them on suitable real estates.
-Monitor progress of sales and preparation of periodic progress reports.
