Sales Supervisor

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Participate in preparing the annual sales plan and periodic sales forecasts.
• Promote and sell the company’s products and services and make constant field visits.
• Prepare sales contracts and have them signed by customers.
• Ensure orders are delivered to customers as per the agreed terms.
• Prepare regular reports on the company’s products and sales and provide recommendations.
• Handling customer, distributor, and supplier complaints, feedback, and suggestions.
• Assist in conducting market studies and any necessary research.
• Update the customer database, including contact details and addresses.
• Ensure excellent customer service and notify customers about any campaigns.
• Monitor the annual sales plan, compare actual performance to targets monthly, prepare relevant reports, identify any deviations, and suggest necessary recommendations.
• Maintaining outstanding customer service by regularly visiting customers, informing them about campaigns, and resolving their issues.

Qualifications and Competences:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration / marketing or any related field.
• A minimum of 4 years of experience in sales.
• Experience in commercial services and the construction industry sector is a plus.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Capability to meet sales targets and work under pressure.
• Extensive knowledge of the region.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and sales-related software and tools.
