Business Alliance HR is recruiting a Sales Team Lead for a regional e-commerce company, and has an operating office in Ramallah, Palestine. 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Sales Strategy Development:

1. Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to achieve the company's sales goals. This involves analyzing market trends, identifying potential opportunities, and setting targets and action plans for the team. 

• Performance Monitoring and Reporting:

1. Monitoring the performance of the sales team closely. This includes tracking individual and team sales metrics.
2. Analyzing the data to identify areas for improvement and take appropriate actions to address any performance gaps.
3. Regular reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs).

• Sales Forecasting:

1. Analyzing historical sales data, market trends, and other relevant factors to prepare the sales plan and predict future sales performance accurately.

• Team Management:

1. Managing and leading a team of sales representatives. This includes recruiting, training, and onboarding new team members, as well as providing ongoing coaching and development opportunities.

Special Requirements & Skills: 

1. A Valid driver’s license and having your own car is a MUST.
2. Solid background in sales, with a proven track record of achieving targets and driving revenue growth.
3. Comprehensive understanding of sales strategies, techniques, and best practices.
4. Strong knowledge of prospecting, lead generation, customer acquisition, negotiation, and closing deals.
5. Leadership and management skills.
6. Customer-centric mindset: Strong focus on customer satisfaction and building long-term relationships
7. Planning and forecasting skills. 
8. Ability and willingness to travel.

Years of experience:

Minimum 6 years of total experience including a minimum of 2 years as a sales team leader.

Certificates in Sales would be an advantage.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing or any related field.

Location:
Ramallah, Palestine.

Languages Required:
Fluent in Arabic. Good in English.
