Job Description
Akram Sbitany and Sons (Sbitany) has evolved into the leading company for the importing, marketing, and servicing of Electrical Appliances, Electronics, Commercial and Residential Air Conditions, Mobile Phones, and IT Products for the Palestinian market is seeking for applicable candidates to fill in the following position:
secretary
Roles and responsibilities of the opened position :
-Maintain paper and electronic filing systems for records and messages
-Route and distribute incoming mail and email.
-Answer routine letters, emails and telephones.
-Minor translation from Arabic to English.
-Operate fax machines, videoconferencing and phone systems, and other office equipment.
-Use computers for spreadsheet, word processing, database management, and other applications
-Complete forms in accordance with company procedures.
-Arrange meetings and follow up agendas.
Qualifications needed :
-Diploma or equivalent in secretary or business administration
-Two years secretarial/business office experience
-Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
-Excellent capability of spoken و written in English and Hebrew language
-Ability to work under pressure
