An International organization based in Ramallah is seeking to hire a
Full time Secretary

Job Qualifications:
Diploma two years degree in secretarial tasks.
Two years working experience as a minimum
Excellent command in English language, basis German a must
Excellent  command   in   computer   skills,   i.e.   excel   sheets,   word documents, internet

Job Description:
Secretarial duties such as e-mailing, typing, photocopying, telephone service
managing time schedules and office agenda
Hospitality services to visitors and on the occasion of seminars or meetings
Translations Arabic/English and English/Arabic
Arrangement of workshops, reservations, invitations and delegations' visits
Preparation of minutes and memos
Preparation of daily press reviews
Filing of correspondence, information material, office affairs, projects
Updating of office library
Preparation of financial reports for official trips of the bureau chief
Provide assistance to the Finance Department in various office matters
