Dar Al-Tifel Al-Arabi Organization (DTA) – Main Administration announces the vacancy of Secretary.

Qualifications:

-Secretarial Diploma, BA administration is a plus
-Excellent Arabic and English typing skills
-Fluency in Arabic and English
- 2 years experience of office work
- Computer literacy: Ms Office & internet

Tasks:

1-Keep track of and developing the filing system at the main administration office
2-Do filing for office documents
3-Welcome phone calls and do ones once requested
4-Coordinate appointments and meetings for staff
5-Type Arabic and English documents and professionally
6-Organize for meetings and take minutes when requested
7-Assist in projects’ documentation and coordination when requested
