Education:

• Bachelor’s Degree B.A in law preferred. Bachelor’s Degree B.A. in security studies, public administration, or a related subject will be considered.

• Master’s Degree in the mentioned subjects will be considered and assessed and may substitute some years of required experience. 

Work Experience:

• Minimum 4 years (or 2 with Master Degree) of prior work experience related to the PA security sector or relevant security sector work elsewhere.

• Good knowledge of the security agreements and arrangements between the Palestinian Authority and the Government of Israel is highly desired.
