Senior Accountant

Job Summary:

• Ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoices, payments, and collections.
• Develop and implement policies, procedures, and controls to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of the accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
• Conduct regular audits and reconciliations of financial transactions to maintain compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with vendors, clients, and internal departments to resolve any payment discrepancies or billing issues promptly and professionally.
• Monitor cash flow, forecast cash needs, and optimize working capital to support the financial health and growth of the company.
• Prepare financial reports, analyze account information, and identify trends to provide valuable insights for decision-making and strategic planning.
• Train, mentor, and provide guidance to staff on best practices in accounts payable and accounts receivable management to ensure a high level of performance and productivity.
• Communicate effectively with top-level management, customers, and stakeholders on financial matters, providing clear and concise updates as needed.
• Review and evaluate accounts payable and receivable registers to validate charges, ensure accuracy in payments, and facilitate the timely receipt of payments.
• Assist in year-end audits, financial reporting, and budgeting processes to support the overall financial objectives of the company.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• CPA certification or equivalent skills preferred
• Strong understanding of financial principles and accounting practices
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Proficiency in financial software and MS Excel
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines effectively
• Fluent English
