Senior Android Developer

Job Description

BA/LGHR is recruiting a Senior Android Developer to join the IT Department Team in a leading Services Company, located in Ramallah, Palestine.

Type of Contract: Permanent - full-time.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Designing and developing applications for the Android platform.
Ensuring the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of the application.
Maintaining code quality, organization, automatization, and ensuring the responsiveness of applications.

Job Requirements

Special Requirements & Skills:

Familiarity with RESTful APIs to connect Android applications to back-end services.
Understand Android design principles and user interface guidelines.
Ability to work with legacy code, fixing issues, add features, and sustain its stability.
Expert in Continuous Integration, Continuous Delivery, and Apple Distribution.
Advanced experience with Mobile App security vulnerabilities as well as Android app store management.
Ability to adapt to new languages, technologies, and platforms to meet the needs of the project.
Advanced experience in Native Android Mobile Application Development using Java.
Good experience in cross-platform development technology like ReactNative, Flutter
Good experience in UX/UI
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Teamwork oriented.

Total Years of Experience:
3 - 5 years of experience.

Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field.

Location:
Ramallah.

Languages Required:
Fluent in Arabic & English.
