Palamara Consulting Engineers is locally recognized consulting firm that provides engineering, architecture and Construction management services in Palestine 

Palamara is seeking to hire a highly qualified candidate for the position of Buildings Design- Project Manager with the following minimum qualification and requirements:

Responsibilities but not limited to:

1. Developing the design concepts with the design team members and according to the needs of the client and stakeholders.
2. Visit the project sites and acquaint himself/herself with the project actual conditions.
3. Provide technical direction or supervision to design teams members.
4. Preparing tender documents.

Specific Requirements:

1-Proven Experience in architectural design standards, practices, techniques and concepts.

2-Strong Knowledge of all aspects of design and construction process including in depth knowledge of architectural construction materials and their application as well as considerable experience in the production of design documentation including drawings and details, schedules and specifications is essential.
3 Understanding of contracts, documents, drawings and specifications is required.
5- Computer skills in design software including AutoCAD, Revit.3D MAX ,LUMION ,TWINMOTION ,PHOTOSHOP

6-Experience in IBC Code requirements is a Must.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Strong skills in building relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work with all levels and functions within the company.
• Experience with USAID is considered an asset.

Required Experience:

Over 15 years of experience in in related field of work.
