Construction management services in Palestine

First Option is seeking to hire a highly qualified candidate for the position of Senior Architect Engineer with the following minimum qualification and requirements:
 
Qualifications:

-BSc Degree in architecture Engineering
-Minimum of 15 years’ experience in related field of work.

Specific Requirements:

-Proven Experience in architectural design standards, practices, techniques and concepts.
-Strong Knowledge of all aspects of design and construction process including in depth knowledge ofarchitectural construction materials and their application as well as considerable experience in theproduction of design documentation including drawing and details, schedules and specifications is essential.
-Understanding of contracts, documents, drawings and specifications is required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work with all levels and functions within the company.
- Computer skills in design software like AutoCAD, 3D, Revit…etc.
-Experience in IBC Code requirement is a Must .
- Previous Experience in USAID projects is an asset.
