Senior Architect Engineer

A local consulting firm located in Palestine is looking for Senior Architect Engineer for Building Projects in according to the following:

Qualifications: 
1-BSc Degree in Architecture Engineering 

2-Minimum of 15 years’ experience in related field of work.

Specific Requirements:

1-Proven Experience in architectural standards, practices, techniques and concepts.

2-Strong Knowledge of all aspects of construction process including in depth knowledge of architectural construction materials and their application as well as considerable experience in the production of design documentation including drawing and details, schedules and specifications is essential.
3 Understanding of contracts, documents, drawings and specifications is required.
4- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work with all levels and functions within the company.
5- Computer skills in design software like AutoCAD, 3D, Revit…etc.

6-Experience in IBC Code requirement is an asset.
7- Previous Experience in International  Donors Funded projects is an asset.
