We are looking of Senior Art Direction Responsible for the concept, design and branding of all creative content that communicate the client’s objectives from strategy through production. The ability to juggle multiple projects with minimal direction while managing scope, deliverables, risks, timing, teams in various disciplines monitoring and controlling processes.
Main Duties and Responsibilities

-Lead the concept, design and execution of ground-breaking visual solutions for integrated, cross-channel initiatives including large Web initiatives, online advertising and digital marketing. Responsible for managing and allocating resources.
-Creating a range of powerful, viable concepts and designs for each project, partnering with copywriters to ensure the copy direction and visual presentation work together to make the concept powerful and compelling
-Communicating visual designs, motion design, concepts, and storyboards through presentations – and getting clients to approve (and love) the recommended designs
-Expertly leading teams of designers to flawlessly execute cross-channel and digital work
-Deftly juggling multiple projects while inspiring & motivating both your creative teammates and your clients
-Assist in management of outside creative resources – designers, photographers, stock photo houses, illustrators, etc.

Skills and Experience
-Degree in graphic design, visual communications or a related field.
-4+ years’ professional advertising, interactive or multimedia experience.
-Expertise in developing cutting edge campaigns
-Proficiency in major design and page layout software programs (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, etc.).
-Mastery of Web production and the capabilities within digital channels.
-Photography skills and video skills a strong plus
-Knack for strategic brainstorming, campaign development, creative brief development and creative execution
-Highly creative, conceptual thinker.
-Self-motivated, organized and accountable.
-Ability to develop, present and sell creative concepts for clients
-Excellent English oral and written communication skills.
-On-call availability and periodic overtime.
-Grate attention to the details.
-Time management.
