With 62 employees, Cezar Health is a leading Palestinian company specialized in marketing and distributing pharmaceutical products, medical equipment and disposables, dental equipment and materials belonging to leading multinational companies. 

The company is seeking to hire a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Manager to manage its medical division that includes ophthalmology equipment and disposables, hospital disposables, hospital equipment, dental equipment, dental materials and disposables:

Responsibilities:

• Manage a team of sales & service employees in terms of maximizing efficiency, sales & service call quality, coaching and visit planning
• Design and implement key account management strategies and activities to maximize customer satisfaction and winning sales opportunities 
• Conduct sales forecasting and sales performance analysis 
• Manage tender processes and contract negotiations
• Business development

Qualifications:

• Degree in biomedical engineering or other degrees with relevant experience in the field. Preferably with MBA degree 
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in sales / commercial management in medical / Dental equipment
• Strong communication, sales and presentation skills
• Strong negotiation skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize projects
• Sound sales analytical skills using excel spreadsheets
