Looking for

Senior Financial Analyst – M&A and Investments

Responsibilities:

Conduct research and analyze trends and data to provide guidance regarding investment portfolio.
Perform market research, data mining, business intelligence, and valuation comps.
Evaluate financial performance by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts.
Perform financial forecasting, reporting, and operational metrics tracking.
Analyze financial data and create fully integrated financial models.
Work with third party advisors during the due diligence process.
Conduct business valuation based on all common valuation methodologies and approaches.
Prepare power point presentations to be presented to the CIO and the investment committee.

Job Requirements

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance/Economics.
2-5 years of experience in investment companies, investment banking, or consulting firms
High proficiency in financial modeling and valuation techniques
Strong fluency with Excel formulas and functions
CFA (or pursuing CFA) is a plus.
Strong research/market research, analytical, and data gathering skills.
Fluent in English and Arabic
