Senior Full-Stack Developer

Introduction and Objectives

Al-Bireh Municipality is looking to hire Senior Full-Stack Developer for one year (full-time) extendable.

The Senior Full-Stack Developer is responsible to create a new software environment using modern software languages and tools. The person is responsible to analyze, design, and develop new systems as per the needs of municipality. This person must work effectively with IT, engineering, purchases, and other internal business units to fulfil the requirements successfully. All of this takes place within the framework of achieving the municipality’s goals and achieving their vision.

Qualifications and experience

• Bachelor in Computer Science or Computer System Engineer or Software Engineer.
• At least 5 years of experience in .NET Core C#.
• At least 2 years of experience in Blazor.
• At least 3 years of experience in React and/or Angular.
• At least 3 years of experience in MS SQL Server.
• Excellent experience in UI/UX.
• Excellent experience in software testing.
• Excellent experience in system analysis.
• Proven experience in cloud computing.
• Proven experience in creating reports/dashboards/KPIs using DevExpress.
• Proven experience in developing Case Management/Workflow systems.
• Proven experience in developing Single-Sign-On (SSO) and APIs.
• Experience in developing Meetings Management systems.
• Excellent experience in data migration and ETL process.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Professional proficiency in English.
• Demonstrates the ability to perform well under pressure and fulfill deadlines.
• Possesses a positive personality and attitude, fostering a collaborative and constructive work environment.

Contract time frame

Full-time 36 hours/week.

Place of Work

Al-Bireh Municipality, Al-Bireh city.
