Job Description
National Insurance Company Ltd., a leading insurance company within Palestine, is seeking a qualified candidate to fill a senior role within the Human Resources Department. As part of the role, the qualified candidate will lead several lareg scale projects as well as administrative duties which may include, but not limited to, the responsibilities detailed below.

Responsibilities and Scope :
-Supervise new staff selection and recruitment.
-monitor staff performance and attendance.
-Provide support for staff development and training.
-Introduce and lead projects that enhance the company vision regarding the human resources function within NIC which includes, but is not limited to, the various company personnel policies.
-Coordinate with upper management regarding staff and discipline issues.

Qualifications :
-B.A degree in Business Administration or any relevant field, a masters degree in Human Resource Management is preferable.
-Five years working experience in a supervisory role.
-Fluency in English language; writing, reading and speaking.

Experience:

-Human resource management techniques
-Job Analysis
-Conducting Performance Appraisals
-Training and development.
-Financial sector legislation and procedural codes
-Reward systems and the ability to develop KPIs.

Skills required :
-Problem solving
-Ability to conduct interviews.
-Negotiation Skills.
-Communication skills.
-Excellent Computer skills
-Ability to write reports, policies and procedures.
-Interpersonal skills.
