BA/HR is recruiting a Senior Investment Professional for a prominent/leading holding group with regional investments, located in Ramallah, Palestine.

Reporting to: Head of Investment

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Maintain the financial viability of the investment portfolio.
• Provide analytical, research, and transaction support to the investment operations.
• Provide investment portfolio supervision and monitoring support.
• Prepare documents required for investment work including informational memos, research papers, presentations, project proposals, and term sheets.
• Lead on the financial aspects of investment deals and provide advice.
• Assist the senior management and other team members in negotiating and structuring investment deals.

Special Requirements & Skills: 

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Investment.
• Experience in transaction/deal advisory in Big Four.
• Experience in investment management, investment holdings, private equity, venture capital funds, and investment banks.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Good writing and presentation skills in both English and Arabic.

Total Years of Experience:

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.

Education & Certificates Required:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or any relevant fields.
• CFA or MBA is a plus.

Fluent in Arabic & English.
