The Role
To ensure all the logistics aspect of the Oxfam large scale response in Gaza, including but not limited to ensure the procurement activities with Gaza Suppliers, monitoring of Oxfam Warehouse(s) in Gaza, Management of Equipment (Laptops, Comms), Premises (Office and Guesthouses), Fleet Management and Distributions.

What we are looking for
We are looking for someone who has:
- A University Degree – relevant to the position is preferable. Logistics management or supply chain management
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar function in addition to knowledge in purchasing, market assessment, warehouse management, and transaction coordination.
- Minimum 2 years continuous experience in international procurement and dealing with international supply chain and suppliers’ relation.
- Diplomacy, tact, negotiating skills, and good communication knowledge with stakeholders.
- Very good coomunication in both spoken and written Arabic and English.
- Good leadership skills with minimum 3 years of experience in this domain.
- Good competency in Microsoft Office applications

- Attention to detail and excellent numeracy.
- Good communication skills
- Ability to keep clear and concise records.
What we offer
The employee will be contracted by Oxfam with a competitive, fair and comprehensive pay and benefits package that is justifiable to our donors. Basic salary starts as 110,018 ILS gross per annum, for a 40-hour contract. The salary offered will be subject to funding available and competences.
