Senior Manager
- Support the COP in the design of Gaza-related programs.
- Provide oversight for project technical and operations teams in Gaza.
- Assist the Senior Business Advisor in managing the technical programs and technical staff in Gaza.
- Work with staff to ensure that all technical and administrative critical path actions necessary to meet schedules, deadlines and deliverables are met. upon.
- In coordination with Senior Business Advisor handle a portfolio of clients and initiatives of strategic nature.
- Prepare technical implementation documents such as Scopes of Work for consultants and subcontractors, and grant agreements.
- Assist the COP with reports and deliverables writing as necessary

- Minimum of bachelor’s degree in economics, business, engineering, or related field preferred. Advanced degree preferred.
- Experience overseeing and monitoring the implementation of large, complex donor projects in Gaza.
- 10 years experience in private sector/business development and reform, trade facilitation, institutional capacity building, emergency response, or other relevant technical areas applicable to SMART.
- Experience supporting entrepreneurs, start-ups and SMEs in Gaza for international firms.
- Knowledge of local and international market development.
- Knowledge of USAID policies and procedures.
- Proven experience in writing high quality technical and administrative reports, scopes of work, and other fundamental project implementation documents
- Excellent written and verbal skills in both English and Arabic
- High level of interpersonal and diplomatic skills required.
- Previous work experience in Palestine or the Middle East desired.
