Title: Senior Procurement and Logistics Officer
Location: Jericho
Job Scope and Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective procurement and logistics strategies to ensure efficient sourcing, purchasing, and delivery of goods and services.
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand procurement needs and align strategies with company goals.
- Negotiate and prepare contracts with suppliers and service providers to secure favorable terms and conditions.
- Monitor and evaluate supplier performance to ensure adherence to contractual obligations, quality standards, and delivery schedules.
- Analyze market trends to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
- Coordinate lo7gistics activities, including transportation, warehousing, and distribution, to enhance efficiency and minimize costs.
- Implement and manage inventory control processes to maintain optimal stock levels and reduce waste.
- Ensure compliance with local and international regulations related to procurement, logistics, and customs clearance.
- Communicate directly with transportation company drivers to ensure adherence to work programs and address any deviations.
- Prepare and present detailed reports on procurement and logistics activities to management.
- Address and resolve any issues or discrepancies in procurement and logistics processes independently.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the department head.

Job Requirements
Required Experience and Qualifications:
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in procurement and logistics, with a proven track record in managing supply chain processes.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- Proficiency with procurement and logistics software, including ERP systems.
Required Skills:
- Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in supply chain management principles and practices.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities under pressure.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
