Senior Structural Engineer

Palamara is seeking to hire a highly qualified candidate for the position of Senior Structural Engineer with the following minimum qualification and requirements:

Specific Requirements:
1-Proven Experience in Structural design standards, practices, techniques and concepts.

2-Strong Knowledge of all aspects of design and construction process including in depth knowledge of architectural construction materials and their application as well as considerable experience in the production of design documentation including drawing and details, schedules and specifications is essential.
3 Understanding of contracts, documents, drawings and specifications is required.
4- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work with all levels and functions within the company.
5- Computer skills in design software like Etabs , Sap, Staadpro….etc.

6- Able to conduct structural analysis using common local and international design & building codes, such as IBC, ACI….etc

7-Experience in IBC Code requirements is a Must.
8- Previous Experience in USAID projects is an asset.
