Business Alliance HR is recruiting a Senior UI Engineer (React) for a high tech Company offering digital healthcare solutions, located in Ramallah, Palestine. 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Develop and Maintain Applications: Develop new features and components within a React application. Maintain and improve existing codebases.
2. Architecture Design: Design the architecture of the front-end part of the application. Optimize components for maximum performance across different devices and browsers.
3. Code Reviews: Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality, maintainability, and adherence to company coding standards.
4. Testing and Debugging: Write unit tests and use debugging tools to ensure the stability and reliability of the application. Develop and implement end-to-end tests to ensure a bug-free deployment.
5. Optimization: Continuously work on improving the performance of the application, including load times and smooth rendering.
6. Documentation: Write technical documentation for the codebase to ensure that other developers can understand and contribute to it.
7. Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with UX/UI designers, backend developers, and other stakeholders. Facilitate good communication and collaboration within the team.
8. Accessibility and SEO: Ensure that the web applications adhere to accessibility standards and best practices for SEO.
9. User-Centric Development: Keep the user experience in mind when developing features. Focus on creating applications that are intuitive, efficient, and pleasant to use.
10. Scalability: Design and develop components that can handle increased data loads and a growing number of users without compromising performance.
11. Security: Be conscious of security considerations, especially in protecting user data and preventing attacks and other security vulnerabilities.
