Service Advisor

Abu Khader Automotive, a leading company in the automotive industry and official importer of well-known international brands, is currently seeking the below positions:

Service Advisor

Main Responsibilities:
-Customer active reception
-Service the customers’ requirements by managing the complete work order
-Appointments booking.
-Carry out customer follow up calls on a daily, weekly or as required basis for the purposes of both feedback and potential sales
-Support after working hours operations on emergency  basis
-Guiding clients to the most opportune solution by maintaining the relationship, giving focused advice and offering an excellent service at all times

Skills and experience:
-A minimum of B.A degree in Mechanical Engineering
-A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in automotive service.
-Ability to write, present and respond to customers and staff members in a professional manner
-Ability to plan and delegate.
-Reporting skills.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-Leadership charisma
-Own a valid driving license.
