Requirements:
-University degree in Business Administration or any related field.
-Good command in English (written/spoken)
-Team player.
-Excellent oral and written communication skills.
-High motivation and ability to learn.
-Can work under high pressure.
-Committed to deliver daily high quality work.
-Excellent command in Microsoft Office Applications


Duties and Responsibilities:
-Receive all the Service Centre phone calls and register all the customers’ contact information on the required system.
-Follow-up with issuing invoices for maintenance contracts of photocopiers along with Maintenance team.
-Maintain excellent relationship with customers and ensure customer satisfaction of the company’s services.
-Ensure the implementation of customers’ requests in coordination with direct supervisor and technicians.
-Receive the installation requests from the Sales Department and coordinate with the customer on the date of installing the machines.
-Receive daily reports in addition to maintenance reports from technicians and save it on the system.
