AXSOS is seeking multiple candidates in the field of IT Infrastructure and IT Security (Administration and Support), to fill the position of "Junior Service Desk Analyst" at its Ramallah Office. ( Fluent spoken and written Russian, or Mandarin Chinese is a must. English, or German is a plus.)

Your Qualifications and Skills

• Excellent written and spoken Russian, or Mandarin Chinese is a must. English, or German is a plus.
• BA degree in Computer Engineering, IT, Computer Science, or any related field. Certifications such as MCSE are preferred.
• Demonstrated communication, interpersonal, organizational, analytical, troubleshooting, problem-solving, and computer skills.
• The ability to prioritize, be attentive to details, maintain confidentiality, and provide exceptional client service.

Technical Competencies

• Familiarity with Microsoft Windows environment (Win 7, Win 10, Win Server 2008, 2012, 2016), as well as Active Directory concepts and administration.
• Familiarity with heterogeneous environments, including Linux, and Mac is a plus.
• Familiarity with Communication and Network Concepts.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Exchange Server 2013; 2016 is a plus.
