Services Manager
Multicell is a newly established company located in Ramallah. It is the official distributor of Huawei Technologies. Multicell is intending to recruit a highly qualified individual to fill the position of:
Services Manager
Main responsibilities:
-Creates and executes action plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and achieving the targeted KPI’s and objectives for all sections "PR ,Technical , QC & Store"
-Ensures that all team members perform duties in accordance with corporate policies.
-Identifies resources needed and assigns individual responsibilities for all technical services department.
-Implements and develops all technical services policies, procedures and effective work flow and merge it with the customer care department in order to complete the cycle.
-Checks the analysis report to measure the LTR, RRR, productivity from the technical team leader.
-Checks the Weekly RRR analysis and advice corrective action.
-Review and check work of customer care agents such as reports, records and applications for accuracy and content.
-Performing other duties as and when requested by the direct supervisor
-Resolves complaints and answers questions of customers regarding service and procedures.
-Reviews and approve the technician’s incentives monthly.
-Supervise customer care agents.
Job Requirements:
-BCs engineering degree in Communication or Electronic engineering
-Proficient in relevant computer applications
-6-8 year experience in an authorized service centers, strong knowledge in handsets maintenance.
-Strong knowledge with the customer care.
-Project Management Professional
