The Palestinian Health Sector Development and Reform Project (Flagship Project) is a five-year project funded by USAID. The Project is seeking a short-term consultant to support the establishment of a Quality Assurance/Quality Control system and provide training for trainers as part of the Primary Healthcare Clinical Laboratories.

Education, Qualifications and/or Equivalent Experience
-Master degree in medical technology or equivalent in clinical laboratory services quality management.
-At least 5 years in clinical laboratory services quality management at an academic medical institution.
-Extensive experience in adult training and facilitation.
-Fluent reading and writing in Arabic and English.
