Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Joining sites survey team to locate the best technical leasable option.
  • Explaining main related issues regarding GSM sites i.e. Health, technical, legal issues.
  • Negotiate with property owners, landlords, and stakeholders to secure leasing contracts for site acquisition. Manage lease agreements ensuring compliance with legal requirements and company policies.
  • Preparing the needed documents and authorities’ requirements to submit and get authorized approvals for implementing and operating the sites.
  • Liaise with engineering, legal, finance, and construction teams to facilitate the smooth transition of site acquisition, ensuring alignment with project timelines and requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records of site acquisition activities, contracts, and correspondence. Generate reports detailing site progress.
  • Preparing and coordinating presentations for neighborhoods meetings or public hearings as required. 
  • Prepare all levels of report including the onsite and daily progress report.
  • Follow up with owners during and after implementation.
  • Coordinate with the finance for due payments and document collections.
  • Build and maintain relationships with property owners, local authorities, and other stakeholders to foster positive partnerships and facilitate ongoing communication throughout the acquisition process.

Job Requirements

Experience & Qualifications:

  • Minimum one to 2 years of experience.
  • Bachelor degree in Business Administration or related fields.
  • Creative and analytical thinking.
  • Proficiency in negotiation techniques to secure favorable lease agreements and contracts.
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Challenge-directed and self-motivated.
  • Advanced computer skills especially the MS office suit and the related computer programs.
  • Proficiency in Arabic & English (oral and written).
  • Prefer to be Familiar with zoning regulations, permit applications, and approval processes.

  • Ability to work for long hours.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent Team work and organizational skills.
