Site Engineer

TOBB-BIS Industrial Parks Development and Management Company is now hiring for the Jenin Industrial Estate Project

Main duties and responsibilities The candidate will:

-Supervise the implementation of the works by the selected contractor(s) on the project site.
-Manage and ensure timely completion of construction works.
-Check plans, drawings and quantities for accuracy of calculations.
-Inspect project sites and ensuring that
all materials and work performed are as per specifications.
-Oversee the selection and requisition of materials.
-Supervise the implementation of works by the selected contractor(s) on project site(s).
-Ensure day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labor force and the work of any subcontractors
-Liaise with related authorities to ensure compliance with construction regulations and by-laws
-Attend regular meetings related to the site work
-Review measurement sheets and payment request by contractor(s).
-Document all stages of the project through photos and reports.
-Keep record of all project documents.
-Prepare reports as required during the project.
-Resolve any unexpected technical difficulties, and any other problems that may arise
-Carry out other responsibilities and duties within reason as requested.

Required Qualifications

-B.Sc. in Civil or Structural Engineering or its equivalent
-10 years of relevant experience;
-Good computer skills;
-Good command of English;
-Good reporting skills.
-Candidates with good command of the Turkish language will be preferred
-Work and office location: Jenin City, West Bank, Palestinian Territory
