1. BSc Degree in Civil Engineering.
2. Minimum 8 years’ experience in Buildings Projects.
3. Previous experience in project site management.
4. Good experience in managing contractors and sub-contractors.
5. Ability to prepare and produce daily reports, progress reports etc.
6. Ability to coordinate supplier’s delivery schedules.
7. Ability to review designs and on-site construction drawings
8. Ability to work flexible hours.
9. In-depth knowledge of engineering, technology, building, construction, and design.
10. Proficient in the use of computer-aided design (CAD) software.
11. Strong managerial, leadership, and organizational skills.
12. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
13. Valid driving license.
