Social Media Coordinator/Admin Assistant

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of our office
Handle client inquiries and direct them to the relevant department within the company
Prepare invoices for clients and upload them on zoho system.
Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate efficient communication and workflow
Coordinate payment and invoice with clients.
Provide support in managing our social media platforms, including Facebook, linkedin, and Instagram,Publish user-generated content on our social media accounts
Researching and creating campaigns that appeal to a specific target.
Understanding key performance indicators for social media 
Collaborating with designers or copywriters when necessary so you can provide attractive content tailored toward informative messages.
Monitors all related posts across various platforms like Facebook, Linkedin, etc., and tracks success based on how many times people click on these links.

Job Requirements

Qualifications

Bachelor Degree in Business administration, Marketing, MIS or Translantion with minor business and marketing
Basic knowledge of SEO
Experience in Social Media Management (especially Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn)
Ability to work with creative tools like Adobe or Canva
Proficiency in managing and posting social media content
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and time management abilities, with the capacity to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
Perform general administrative duties and respond to colleagues in a timely manner
Attention to detail and high level of accuracy in work
Proactive attitude, problem-solving skills, and ability to adapt to changing priorities
