Job Title: Social Media Officer

Key Responsibilities:
- Social Media Strategy:
- Develop, implement, and manage the company's social media strategy.
- Align social media efforts with the overall marketing strategy.
- Content Creation:
- Create, curate, and publish high-quality content (text, image, and video) for various platforms (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
- Collaborate with the graphic design and content team to ensure engaging visuals and copy.
- Community Management:
- Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and monitor feedback across all platforms.
- Foster online communities and brand loyalty.
- Social Media Monitoring & Reporting:
- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as reach, engagement, impressions, and conversions.
- Use analytics tools to assess what’s working and optimize accordingly.
- Advertising Campaigns:
- Plan and execute paid social media advertising campaigns (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, etc.).
- Monitor budget and ad performance.
- Trends & Innovations:
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices, trends, and technologies.
- Innovate with new tools and platforms to enhance social media presence.
- Collaboration:
- Work with internal teams (marketing, PR, sales) to ensure consistent messaging and alignment with broader business objectives.
- Partner with influencers and other external collaborators for joint social campaigns.

Job Requirements
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven work experience as a Social Media Officer, Social Media Manager, or similar role.
- Proficiency in using social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social).
- Strong copywriting skills and a good eye for visuals.
- Knowledge of social media KPIs and analytics (Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc.).
- Understanding of social media algorithms and trends.
- Experience with paid advertising on Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
- Creative mindset with the ability to think out-of-the-box.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing.
- Experience in a specific industry (e.g., eCommerce, Tech, Media) might be preferred by some companies.
