Your responsibilities will encompass addressing customer inquiries through various social media channels, overseeing the company's social media presence, and evaluating the effectiveness of social media campaigns.
As the primary connection for customers seeking interaction with the company on social media platforms, you will directly engage with them, ensuring a positive and satisfying experience. Collaborating closely with the Marketing Communications (Marcom) team, you will provide essential insights and updates, contributing to our collective efforts to achieve maximum customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities:
- Attending to all customer queries, concerns, and comments posted to the company's social media platforms
- Liaising with sales personnel, product managers, and the marketing team to meet and exceed customer expectations
- Engage with leads on social media platforms to drive product sales, consistently refining sales tactics to elevate online revenue while prioritizing an exceptional customer experience
- Reviewing all social media posts for accuracy and ensuring inappropriate content is removed
- Working with the marketing team to develop comprehensive social media strategies
- Maintaining a working knowledge of company products to effectively communicate with customers.
- Attending social media-related meetings
- Creating and maintaining strong relationships with company partners and external stakeholders.
- Staying informed on social media trends, innovations, and changes
- Actively contribute to brand development by providing comprehensive insights and reports on customer inquiries, encompassing FAQs, most sought-after products, and valuable customer insights

- A degree in social media management, marketing, or a related field
- A year of customer service experience would be beneficial
- Good knowledge of social media best practices
- The ability to effectively use a variety of social media platforms, such as Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok and LinkedIn
- Working knowledge of Meta Business Suite and CRM systems
- Solid customer service skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
