Social Worker Supervisor

Responsibilities:

• Supervise a team of social workers, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure effective service delivery.
• Coordinate the activities of the social work team, including case management, counseling, and community outreach initiatives.
• Conduct regular team meetings to discuss caseloads, client progress, and any challenges faced by team members.
• Provide training and professional development opportunities to enhance the skills and knowledge of social work staff.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and ethical standards in all aspects of service delivery.
• Collaborate with other departments and external partners to enhance the impact and reach of social support programs.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of social work interventions, making adjustments as needed to improve outcomes for clients.
• Serve as a liaison between social work staff, management, and external stakeholders, fostering positive relationships and effective communication.

• Master's degree in Social Work or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience in providing supervision, training, and support to social work staff.
• Strong knowledge of social work principles, theories, and best practices.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment and with diverse populations.
• Native language Arabic with very good English skills in writing and verbal
