Terre des hommes Foundation - Lausanne is a Swiss-based international non governmental organisation dedicated to children assistance and protection.

Position: Supervisor
Location: Gaza Strip

MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

To supervise the social workers operating in the assigned family centers.
To coordinate and harmonize the work of social workers operating in the assigned family centers.

QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCES

At least 3 years INGO experience in child protection sector at project coordination level. Alternatively, 3 years INGO experience in supervision of social workers would be considered an asset.
Excellent computer skills (Word, Excel, Power Point, Internet).
Good English writing and reporting skills.
Fluency in English .

PERSONAL QUALITIES REQUIRED

Ability to be flexible, cooperative and to work autonomously.
Strong analytical, leadership and organizational skills.
Good communication and training skills.
Understanding, interest and commitment to humanitarian activities
