Software Developer

Al-Quds Elevators Co. the exclusive distributor for the global SIGMA products in Palestine is currently seeking a highly qualified Software Developer.

Software Developer is responsible for Updating, expanding existing software & database, and reviewing current systems.

Work Location: Ramallah.

Main Responsibilities include but not limited to:

-    Reviewing current systems.
-    Write and modify programs in a variety of computer languages such as Java.
-    Work closely with software & IT services providers and support companies.
-    Debug codes for existing programs based on immediate needs.
-    Testing the software in controlled, real situations before going live
-    Use coding methods for specific programming language to enhance or initiate efficient program execution and performance to reach optimum hardware use.
-    Conduct end-user training for software.
-    Other duties may be assigned.

Requirements:

-    An Ideal Candidate should be BSc at least with specialization in Computer Science or any related field.
-    Minimum one year of experience working in software development  (Java).
-    Knowledge in Data base concepts Oracle/SQL server.
-    Ability to work within a team to define requirements and scope of development efforts.
-    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
