Software Engineer - Scrum Master

Fnarsoft the founder of the global freight forwarding management software, Logitude World (www.logitudeworld.com) that is used in more than 50 countries around the world.
We are seeking a highly motivated personnel for the following challenging and rewarding opportunity.

Job Title: Software Engineer - Scrum Master
Location: Ramallah
Position Type : Full time - Permanent

Duties:

-Facilitate his/her team for better creativity and tries to improve the efficiency of the development team.
-Responsible for managing the scrum process with the coordination of scrum team in Agile methodology.
-Responsible to remove the impediments for the scrum team.
-Arranged daily stand-up meetings, facilitate meetings, schedule meetings, demo and decision-making processes in order to ensure quick inspection and proper use of adaptation process.
-Helps product owner to make the product backlogs in good shape and make them ready for the next sprint.
-Responsible to conduct retrospective meetings.
-Organizes and facilitates the sprint planning meeting.


Qualifications and Requirements:

-BA degree in computer science or related field.
-Prior knowledge in Scrum is a plus.
-Prior experience in Quality Assurance is a plus.
-Excellent communication skills
-Proficiency in English
-Able to organize & schedule work effectively
-Analytical thinking and problem solving
-Solution oriented,-innovative & hard working
-Self-Learner
-Team Player
