Software Verification Engineer

ASAL Technologies is a leading regional Software and IT Services company based in Ramallah – Palestine.Several immediate openings in an already established team with a leading multi-national company.

The verification team responsibilities:
-Integrated working with development side ensuring high product quality
-Modifying existing Linux tests to be O.S. cross platformed (suitable for FreeBSD as well)
-Develop new tests (freeBSD oriented)
-Verify daily build, report and work on bug identification and reproduction
- Run coverage tests periodically and analyze the results
-Run static analyzer (coverity) periodically, analyze and fix accordingly

Requirements:

Must:
-University degree in computer science
-Knowledge and experience in Linux
-C language knowledge
-Networking knowledge (routing, tools, protocols, etc.)

Advantage:
-python
-Kernel Development
-FreeBSD
-Multithread programing

Extra requirement for the Team Leader also:
-3+ years’ experience in C
-3+ years’ experience in Linux
-1+ python
-1+ years management
