Specialist IT Trainer – Web Development
BDO LLP is executing the European Union-funded project of Institutional Strengthening of the State Audit and Administrative Control Bureau in Ramallah.
The project needs an IT Trainer, specialised in Web Development, to be delivered in June / July 2015 for 10days, in cooperation with SAACB/ IT Directorate. The working language is Arabic.
The specialist IT trainer will be required to train 5 staff from the Bureau’s IT Department on the following topics:
MCTS (web development):
IT procedures for securely transmitting information from the Bureau’s field auditors into the main IT system and website. The specific objectives of the course are to improve the IT Directorate staff’s capabilities to construct advanced systems producing data that can be transmitted to the Cloud and which can be used to serve the auditors outside the SAACB office and to enable building systems for auditing.
Share Point (desktop and web application development):
High level web development techniques. This course is closely linked to the above course. The specific objectives of the course are to construct web and desktop applications to serve the auditors in the field and to build advanced applications providing management information and services to SAACB management.
Experience of the Expert
-University degree in computer science
-Fluency in Arabic spoken and written.
-Knowledge of English
-At least three years training and coaching on IT systems and applications
-University degree in computer science.
-Experience web development, share point applications and cloud computing.
-Fluency in Arabic spoken and written.
-Knowledge of English
-Membership of a relevant professional body
-IT instructor for a minimum of five years focusing on systems and network technologies security solutions and designing.
